RETURNS, CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction; therefore we offer a hassle free 14 day return policy on most products.  If there is a problem with your order we will do everything possible to fix it quickly and efficiently.  

 

INITIATING A RETURN

Items must be sent back with an RMA number.  Please e-mail us the following information to:  customerservice@partyify.com 

  1. Your order number
  2. Your Name and phone number
  3. What item you would like to return and a brief description of the problem

 

We will e-mail you back an RMA number.  Once your item is received we will process a credit for the amount of the item you are returning.


PLEASE NOTE:

  • Your return must be sent via a traceable method. If you return the item without the ability to track the delivery and we don't receive the item, we will not be responsible for refund or exchange.
    • Any item returned that falls outside our normal return guidelines is subject to a minimum 15% handling charge.  This includes unauthorized refused packages.
    • If an item is returned without RMA, there will be a minimum 25% restocking fee. 
    • We do not allow returns on party packs.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.  Instead, you can simply return the item you purchased by requesting an RMA and purchase a new one immediately.  A refund for your original transaction will be processed when we receive your return.  All requirements and conditions on this page apply to your return.

 

Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it is immediately released for processing and shipment.  We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests, although we cannot guarantee your order will be canceled once it has been placed.
